在安装调试之前应先检查控制器、按钮盒、卷门机、行程开关、电刹车的连接线是否正常，确认后在进行调试。

1、相序调整：接入三相380V50HZ电源，接通空气开关，若电源指示灯闪烁故障灯亮故障反馈开关常闭并发出救护笛的报警声则表明相序错误，可将三相电源进线中的任两相交换即可。控制器的相序检测正确，操纵按钮观察卷帘门运行方向，若卷门机运行方向与按键相反，将卷门机三相接线中任意两相交换即可。

2、中位位置设置以及形成学习：接通电源将控制板上拨吗开关SW1置于on的位置，SW2置于ON的位置可进入中停位置的设定和正常行驶行程的学习。

e：按上行键一次开始进入中停位置学习，卷门机开始下行达到距地面1.8M处按停键，下行中位置学习完毕。

f：再按一次下行键，使卷门机达到下限位并自动停止，后半程学习完毕。
