帘片两端嵌入导轨内的抗风钩结构，通过机械咬合将风力传递至建筑结构，确保大风中帘片不脱离导轨。例如，彩钢带抗风卷帘门的抗风钩在导槽内能有效钩住导槽，防止帘片在强风压力下脱槽，且卷帘门上卷时抗风钩会回弹平整，不影响上卷操作。

The wind resistant hook structure embedded in the guide rail at both ends of the curtain plate transmits wind force to the building structure through mechanical interlocking, ensuring that the curtain plate does not detach from the guide rail in strong winds. For example, the wind resistant hook of the color steel strip wind resistant rolling shutter door can effectively hook into the guide groove, preventing the curtain from falling out of the groove under strong wind pressure, and the wind resistant hook will rebound smoothly when the rolling shutter door is rolled up, without affecting the rolling operation.

采用加厚型钢框架与高强度帘片（如镀锌钢板、不锈钢板），经精密结构优化后，抗风荷载可达12级以上，能抵御强风冲击而不变形、不脱落。例如，门板厚度0.7-1.2mm，抗风扭力强，经久耐用，现已取代普通门板。

By using thickened steel frames and high-strength curtains (such as galvanized steel plates and stainless steel plates), after precise structural optimization, the wind resistance load can reach more than 12 levels, which can withstand strong wind impact without deformation or detachment. For example, the thickness of the door panel is 0.7-1.2mm, with strong wind and torque resistance and durability, which has now replaced ordinary door panels.

底部轨道密封设计

Bottom track sealing design

带密封条的铝合金底部轨道可防止湿气、灰尘渗入，减少腐蚀可能性，同时增强门体与地面的贴合度，防止强风从底部灌入。

The aluminum alloy bottom track with sealing strips can prevent moisture and dust from infiltrating, reduce the possibility of corrosion, and enhance the adhesion between the door body and the ground, preventing strong winds from entering from the bottom.

遇阻反弹功能

Resistance rebound function

电机配备负载电流感应或机械感应装置，当帘片下落过程中遇到障碍物（如人员、车辆）时，控制系统会立即指令电机反转或停止，防止夹伤或损坏门体。这一功能对大型工业抗风卷帘门尤为重要，因其门体重量可达几百公斤甚至超过一吨，若无安全识别功能，帘片下落可能造成严重生命和财产损失。

The motor is equipped with load current induction or mechanical induction devices. When the curtain falls and encounters obstacles (such as personnel or vehicles), the control system will immediately command the motor to reverse or stop to prevent injury or damage to the door body. This function is particularly important for large industrial wind resistant rolling shutter doors, as their weight can reach several hundred kilograms or even exceed one ton. Without safety recognition function, the falling of the curtain may cause serious loss of life and property.

红外感应装置

Infrared sensing device

在卷门一侧滑道下部安装红外感应装置，当人物隔断红外光线时，控制系统会指令电机反转或停止。不过，红外装置的安全位置可能无法完全监控卷门正下方，存在一定误漏风险。

Install an infrared sensing device at the lower part of the slide on one side of the rolling door. When a person blocks the infrared light, the control system will command the motor to reverse or stop. However, the safe location of the infrared device may not be able to fully monitor the area directly below the rolling door, which poses a certain risk of accidental leakage.

气囊或导电胶装置

Airbag or conductive adhesive device

在底梁密封胶条内安装气囊或导电胶，当底密封胶条与人物接触时，控制系统会指令电机反转或停止。这一装置可弥补红外感应的盲区，提供更多维度的安全防护。

Install airbags or conductive adhesive inside the bottom beam sealing strip. When the bottom sealing strip comes into contact with a person, the control system will command the motor to reverse or stop. This device can compensate for the blind spots of infrared sensing and provide more comprehensive safety protection.

三、电气安全保护

抗风卷门机建议由专业人员安装，并确保有良好的保护接地，防止因电气故障导致人身安全事故。

The wind resistant rolling door machine must be installed by professionals and ensure good protective grounding to prevent personal safety accidents caused by electrical faults.

防雷措施

在雷电天气下，尽可能断开外电源，避免雷击对门体和控制系统造成损坏。

In thunderstorm weather, try to disconnect the external power supply as much as possible to avoid damage to the door and control system caused by lightning strikes.

防水防尘电机

Waterproof and dustproof motor

电机采用防水防尘设计，延长使用寿命，减少因环境因素导致的故障风险。

The motor adopts waterproof and dustproof design, which extends the service life and reduces the risk of failure caused by environmental factors.

四、操作规范与维护

门运行时，严禁在门下站立或通行，门帘下方不得有阻碍物。

When the door is running, it is strictly prohibited to stand or pass under the door, and there should be no obstacles under the door curtain.

操作人员不得离开现场，发现异常情况应立即切断电源，故障排除后才能继续使用。

Operators are not allowed to leave the site. If any abnormal situation is found, the power should be cut off immediately. Only after troubleshooting can it continue to be used.

定期检查门体活动部分，保持润滑，确保运行声音正常，无卡阻现象。

Regularly inspect the movable parts of the door, maintain lubrication, ensure normal operation sound, and no jamming phenomenon.

维护保养

定期检查抗风轮、轨道及密封条等部件的磨损情况，及时更换磨损部件。

Regularly inspect the wear of components such as wind resistant wheels, tracks, and sealing strips, and replace worn parts in a timely manner.
