1.为保持门体运行顺畅、安全，应定期对导轨、轴承和电动机进行清洁养护。

2.客户在使用过程中发现产品运行不正常，请及时维修人员上门维修。请不要自行拆动，以免造成人为损坏。

3.电动机内部及控制箱中有主电压通过，非维修人员严禁拆卸，以免发生危险。

4.电动机自带过热保护装置，在长时间连续运转导致电机过热时，电机可能中途停止运转，开关指令失效。此种情况下，请停止一切操作，待电机温度降低到安全范围后（大约10分钟），即可恢复正常工作。

When the motor is overheated due to continuous operation for a long time, the motor may stop running halfway and the switch command is invalid. In this case, please stop all operations and resume normal operation after the motor temperature drops to the safe range (about 10 minutes).

5.门窗调试完毕后，不得随意改动电源相序，防止门体逆向冲。

6.电动卷帘门操作时，请确保其正下方没有明显行人或障碍物，以防事故发生。

7.当卷帘门发生故障时，禁止强行撬动或推拉，以免对门板和零部件造成不必要的损坏。出现帘片升降不畅时，请停止操作，并通知厂家售后人员，切勿自行处理。
7. When the rolling shutter door fails, it is forbidden to pry or push or pull it forcibly to avoid unnecessary damage to the door panel and parts. In case of poor lifting of the curtain, please stop the operation and notify the after-sales personnel of the manufacturer. Do not handle it by yourself.
8.使用按钮操纵卷帘门的启闭时，只需按动“上”或“下”按钮即可实现，卷帘门到位停止；若按下“停止”按钮，则卷帘门会自行停止在任意位置。注意：当需要改变卷帘门的运行方向时，建议先按“停止”按钮，然后再按转换方向的按钮。
8. When using the button to operate the opening and closing of the rolling shutter door, just press the "up" or "down" button, and the rolling shutter door will stop in place; If the "stop" button is pressed, the rolling shutter door will stop at any position by itself.
